Your Responsibilities
As a Machine Health Lead Data Analyst – Turf & Compact Utility for Small Ag & Turf located in Cary – North Carolina (Hybrid Eligible), you will...
- Lead the Connected Support and Expert Alert content development for Turf & Compact Utility from idea to implementation
- Lead the research, development, and implementation of machine health Expert Alerts for Commercial Mowing, Golf, Utility Vehicles, and Compact Utility Tractor
- Collaborate with other Data and Analytics professionals to identify, frame up, and solve customer facing issues using system and machine data
- Actively participate in Enterprise Machine Health Communities of Practice, and collaborate with other Data Practitioners in the Machine Health function
- Interface with factory, engineering, machine support, and field service personnel to support machine health readiness and insight creation

What Skills You Need
- 4+ years of work experience in Product Management, Product Support, or Engineering & Testing
- 2+ years of work experience with Commercial Golf or Mowing Products
- 2+ years of work experience with Compact Utility Tractors
- 2+ years of work experience with Technical Schematics, Theories of Operation, and Diagnostic Procedures
- 2+ years of work experience with fostering leadership, teamwork, and innovation
- 2+ years of work experience with Data Science or Data Analytics
- 25% travel (both international and domestic)
What Makes You Stand Out
- 2+ years of work experience with Machine Telematics Data
- 2+ years of work experience with Big Data Platforms (AWS, Databricks, Spark, Python, etc.)
- 2+ years of work experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- 2 or more year of work experience Data Management and Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI, RShiny, etc.)
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Data Science & Analytics discipline
