We are looking for a Lead Dishwasher/Dish Lord to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant.

Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. Job Description

The Lead Dishwasher/Dish Lord is responsible for supervising dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware in the restaurant's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Dish Lord, you would be responsible for supervising dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support and monitor dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware for restaurant service
• Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
• Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments
• Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
