Responsibilities

• Technical Engineer will drive initiatives in monitoring/Observability and AIOps space

• Application monitoring changes for critical systems

• Monitoring/Observability tools for desktop, laptop and batch monitoring

• AIOps product and processes

• Understand IT Environment and identifying areas where AIOPOS can provide value

• Responsible for technical design and alignment with other areas, such as architecture, security, application support and others

• Monitoring the performance of AIOPs solution and making improvements as necessary

• Works as a member of a project team on Compliance and Security projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or equivalent related experience

• 5-10 plus years of experience monitoring and/or AIOps space

• Leading technical initiatives (preferably in monitoring space)

• Experience with APM(Observability), monitoring, event management and AIOps tools and products

• Ignio experience (alternative is Splunk)

• AI Ops exp

• Strong understanding of monitoring/observability and AiOps concepts and technical leadership of monitoring and/or AiOps implementations

• Ability to design/architect solutions and drive technical changes and drive design discussions with other IT organization

• Experience with change management systems, principles and best practices

• Working knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley requirements and controls

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $66.13 - $71.54 per hour
