Opportunity

Our LODGE KOHLER team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

As a Lead Housekeeper with Lodge Kohler, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being aware of all standard operating procedures in compliance with Four-Diamond standards in order to inspect the assigned hotel wing and adjoining areas
  • Being consistent with methods of inspection, knowing the exact quality and placement of each item in the guest rooms, proper bed making technique, and proper cleaning technique
  • Ensuring that all requests are carried out and that all guest rooms are put into the computer after inspection and corrections have been made
  • Handling all guest requests in a timely manner that exceeds expectations
  • Cleaning guest rooms as needed
  • Being knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to hotel policies and procedures and enforces those procedures
  • Setting the example for all other hotel associates with regards to Quality, Timeliness, Consistency, and Personalized
  • Service that exceeds expectations of all work performed


This is a full-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends, primarily 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Must be able to lift, bend, and twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a like position preferred
  • Previous leadership/coaching experience preferred but not required
