As a Lead HR Specialist you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. - Act as first point of contact for the client group support by partnering with Payroll, Human Resources Operations Center (HROC), Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Planning & Delivery and ER.
- Act as the HR Transaction partner in Workday for your business function which may include troubleshooting and transacting in support of daily processes, supporting TM LOAs, Immigration, Remote Work Arrangements, Resignation/Termination support, and other duties as needed.
- Provide support to HRBP/HRM teams including pay recommendations, re-orgs, reductions in force (RIFs), new job evaluations, creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, pulling and analyzing reporting, and other duties as needed.
- Plan and execute HR cyclical processes which may include: Talent Planning, Annual Performance & Pay, Potential Assessments, Team Voice Annual, and Target Welcome.
- Organize and manage resources for the direct team which may include SharePoint, Generic Inbox and Calendar

About you:
- Two to four-year degree or equivalent experience
- HR experience strongly preferred
- Displays strong prioritizing, organization, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong in pulling reporting utilizing multiple systems with experience in analysis and insights
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Workday, Greenfield, SharePoint, Microsoft Office experience is preferred
