Re-Bath, is a leading bathroom remodeling company who has serviced clients In New Jersey for over 30 years! We partner with both Home Depot and Lowes. We are interviewing to add an experienced bathroom installer to our South Plainfield location. This is an ideal job for someone looking to further their career or who has grown frustrated with running their own company.

We are willing to offer a paid training program to the right individual. We work in two-man teams so every lead installer is partnered with a helper.

Pay

• $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annual base pay

Responsibilities as a Lead Installer

As a Lead Installer, it is your job to focus on performing residential construction activities for client projects of various sizes, from smaller scope projects (e.g. kitchen or bath remodels) to home additions. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Installing residential bathrooms
• Managing projects and installing each job provided with a high level of quality.
• Following company policies and procedures,
• Following all company installation processes and procedures.
• Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team)

• Minimum of 3- 5 years of Carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must live within 30 minutes of South Plainfield, NJ
• Must be able to consistently lift and carry 75lbs
• High level of skill in the remodeling or construction fields
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
• Self-starter with a positive customer-oriented attitude
• Plumbing experience is a plus but not required
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US
