About the Role

Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties:

What You'll Do:

Essential Functions

• Directly oversees a team on a day-to-day basis
• Direct activities of all personnel assigned assuring all maintenance is completed in compliance with established company policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety by ensuring work is performed within company safety guidelines.
• Train personnel.
• Perform weekly inspections and communicates all findings to the appropriate manager assigned.
• Ensure that Day Porters are using proper/appropriate cleaning products and tools.
• Ensure Day Porters are following dress code guidelines.
• Respond quickly to all emergency situations.
• Assist staff with janitorial duties.
• Addresses disciplinary actions to the appropriate manager assigned.

Requisite Experience:

• Must have a reliable vehicle to drive to multiple sites.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
• Must be computer literate.

Work Environment:

The job duties require an employee to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods. Pushing, lifting, and carrying items less than 30 lbs. Kneeling, squatting, and crawling. Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and legs. Climbing stairs and ladders.
