- As a leader within the Image Sensor Group and marketing community, you will build and maintain a culture of tight collaboration with peers and key stakeholders across the Business Unit
- You will execute the organization’s fiscal year corporate content prioritization and planning process, managing staff and budget resources, as needed
- You are a content visionary, an exceptional editor, a prolific writer, a mentor for individuals and teams developing content. You care passionately about landing the next great customer story, piece of messaging, thought leadership narrative. You are adept at all content formats and channels, and you are continually innovating based on your passionate participation in the marketing leagues
- Ensure operational excellence across all corporate and commercial marketing areas including: brand health management, websites, SEO, tradeshows, product launches, advertising, social media, digital marketing, digital asset management, direct mail campaigns, media relations
- Develop and recommend product positioning and promotional strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share
- Evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Oversee the primary activities of individual contributors to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals
- Support and, as needed, lead key cross-functional, strategic projects such as, but not limited to, surveys and research, customer experience and distributor development activities
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing, or related field- Direct marketing experience with a hands-on role in various marketing tasks including market segmentation, brand building and management, database management, creative development, trade shows, and social media
- Experience in both digital marketing - social media and traditional marketing channels
- Experience leading outbound product initiatives focused on Automotive customers (nice to have)
- Experience managing functions across marketing, sales, and partner organizations.
- Creative energy, and out of the box thinking, someone who is an innovator and can help contribute to the company's roadmap
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Technically savvy with regards to our products, solutions, industries we play in or capable of learning very quickly
- Comfortable working in a very cross functional role with a highly distributed team

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $159,735.00-$287,385.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
