About the Role

* This is a full-time in-office role and you will work with our incredibly talented US team who are strong believers in quality, results, and diverse perspectives.

Your responsibilities as a Tech Lead include:

• Manage US Tech team of SDE and UI/UX designers while working with a global team to ensure alignment across the company’s tools, systems, and platforms.

• Lead software development cycles; design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable and performant products.

• Partner with product managers and executive leadership to research, plan, and shape core products.

• Design and develop internal tools and scripts for auto operational jobs.

• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and impacts.

• Maintain tech stack quality through regular code reviews and providing feedback based on best practices.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.

• Experience with software design and architecture.

• 3 years of experience with web development with one or more of modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular).

• 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems.

• Strong database fundamentals including SQL, performance, and schema design.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineer, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in technical leadership role, in addition to software development experience in a linux environment.

• Proficient in using Spring Cloud components (e.g. spring boot, Eureka, Fegin, Ribbon, Api GateWay).

• Experience with Redis, ES, Kafka and other development components, and understanding of mainstream OLTP storage engines.

• Familiar with CSS3, HTML5 and W3C specifications, mainstream browsers compatibility, and common Web protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
