Weekend Shift, Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, 10 hour shifts

As the Lead Specialist, Logistics, you’ll serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager to RXO’s key customers. The purpose of this role is to provide a primary point of contact for strategic accounts. You’ll be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and works with other RXO team members to deliver superior service. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Serve as advocate and liaison for RXO’s top client(s) to ensure customer satisfaction; makes customer’s needs a top priority
• Work with key accounts to generate new business opportunities for review by sales and management
• Work directly with customer on quoting shipments, operating freight, tracking shipments and problem solving
• Work directly with current vendors on customer transportation procurement needs
• Monitor and own TMS revenue/cost updates on all key account shipments
• Invoice client(s) and be a resource to help resolve any invoicing/AR issues

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 4 years of related logistics experience

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to Logistics
• Enter preferred education/experience/skills
• Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
