Job description
We are looking for a Lead Teacher who will be responsible for managing a classroom and leading the team of other teachers. They must be able to handle any situation with professionalism and impartiality, and must also be able to communicate well with parents, students, administrators and building staff. We are seeking a passionate educator who will work closely with the school's curriculum director to create an exciting learning environment that's focused on preparation for the International Baccalaureate exams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor/Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide structure to the classroom.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of curriculum and student's level of knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with parents and classroom staff.
- Aid in student behavior management..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
