Foundations Learning Center is looking for one lead teacher to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Candidate must be reliable and professional. This is a Full-time position. Must be able to obtain and fully pass a background check, including fingerprint scans. Must be physically capable of performing necessary job duties, including standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, and lifting children. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities

*Making/Implementing Lesson Plans *Follow daily schedule *Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities at all times *Chart children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents/family *Assist in preparing food and serving meals *Maintain a clean and sterile environment at all times *Other duties as they are assigned

Qualifications

*Proven experience in this field is a plus *CPR/First aid certification is a plus. *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to lift, bend and stand *Ability to follow routines and schedule *Ability to work as a team *Positive attitude and genuine love for children

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
