Learning & Development Coordinator Opportunity – Come Work with us!


Working at our UK HQ in Dyce we offer you the opportunity to join a team of inspiring, innovative HR professionals. You will sit within the HR Shared Services team but this role will be reporting to the Learning & Development Consultant for the UK region. This is an integral role to help ensure that the annual L&D plan is supported and delivered on time, in budget and to the quality the business expects.


Tasks and Responsibilities as Learning & Development Coordinator:


  • Management and Administration for the Appraisal (P&D) System and Process (FOX and P&D Lite)
  • Responsible for training of new and existing employees on the P&D system.
  • Corporate Liaison for P&D, Nine-Box & Succession Planning, and I-LEAD (attends monthly global calls)
  • Management and Coordination of annual Nine-Box and Succession Planning process.
  • Training and Facilitation of Nine-Box and Succession Planning Calibration Sessions
  • Management and coordination of Global Leadership programme (I-LEAD). Includes communication with candidates, travel & accommodation booking where required and liaising with the relevant training providers.
  • Organisation of local L&D programmes such as, supervisor training, management development programmes, ECITB project management competition.
  • Responsible for Graduate recruitment process, assessment centre planning and on-boarding.
  • Directly responsible for Graduate development, ensuring progression based on development plans.
  • Liaison for Graduates and their Line Managers.
  • Apprenticeship programme coordination and provider liaison.
  • Assist with any other general adhoc duties within the HR Shared Services Team

In this role you will liaise with all levels of personnel from site operatives to Directors.


You will also be provided with an opportunity to support in larger HR projects. As a team we are very diverse covering all areas of human resource management and are always encouraged to work collaboratively and you will have the opportunity to share your own thoughts and ideas within the team.
