ADP is hiring a Multi-lingual Learning Support Representative.

The Learning Support Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with ADP clients and is the direct client contact for ADP learning. The Learning Support Representative also conducts system administration of and ongoing support for the learning systems utilized by the Enterprise Learning organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A successful Learning Support Representative has the following qualities:

• Executes on role expectations on time with quality through collaboration with internal/client partners.
• Demonstrates respect and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapts to various obstacles and works to deliver a positive outcome.
• Demonstrates consultative approach, teamwork, and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English is required - will be answering calls and responding to emails from clients and internal associates in all three languages.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Preference will be given to candidates that have:

• AA degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Customer Service experience
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems
