Position Responsibilities:

• The Apartment Leasing Consultant will be showing and leasing apartments to prospective renters.
• Assisting with lease renwals of existing tenants
• Assisting the property manager with resident notices and tenant events
• Property marketing through Facebook marketplace, preferred employer programs, resident referral programs, and apartments.com
• Taking tenant work orders and entering them into Yardi

Being the freindly and welcoming face of the community

Experience desired:

• Yardi property managent system
• Property leasing experience
• Fair housing training
• Facebook marketplace experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
