Seeking a full-time Leasing Manager for an apartment community. This is an amazing opportunity with a company that values their teammates and company culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain positive resident relations through superior service

· Participate in the daily operations of the property

· Develop the marketing plan with the General Manager and Corporate Team

· Conduct phone, online, and in person sales with prospective residents and renewals

· In conjunction with the leasing team, develop, plan, & execute all leasing events & activities

· “Shop” competitor’s properties

· Compile and submit weekly reports; Compile and submit market survey (every other month)

· Head up the Social Media representation, presence, and marketing outreach for the property

· Lead tours, process and close leases, maintain accurate lease files

· Train, develop and evaluate any leasing team member

EDUCATION

· High school diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE

· A minimum of 1 experience required

REQUIREMENTS

· Good organizational and people skills

· Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

· Well honed marketing abilities

· A passion to serve residents, parents, vendors, and colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
