Are you ready to showcase your leasing, marketing, and communication talents with a rapidly growing property management company? Aligned Property Management is looking for a team member to lead as the Rock Star Leasing Specialist for multiple-family and single-family properties in the Little Rock/Hot Springs area. The position will provide a competitive as well as commission bonus structures.

The Leasing Specialist position is responsible for overseeing lease administration, resident communication, marketing plans, daily leasing office operations, as well as assisting with other duties as assigned by the property management company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally Answer Phones & Greet Visitors
  • Complete Guest Cards & Process Credit Checks
  • Maintain Resident & Property Files
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities
  • Responsible for onsite property visits and outreach marketing coordination
  • Fantastic communication skills with the team in Searcy and the Little Rock office
  • Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner
  • Responsible for managing maintenance staff to ensure the highest quality of rental properties
  • Complete special projects as assigned by property management team
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws
  • Assist Property Manager, etc.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience in sales, project management, property management, customer relations or related fields.

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Windows. Social media marketing via Facebook a plus.

Experience with AppFolio Property Management software beneficial or willingness to learn new software

Physical Demands

  • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner
  • Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Ability to drive to and from client locations, this may involve sitting for extended periods of time.
