Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manages Legal and Compliance processes and systems to ensure compliance with Company policies
• Drafts and reviews contracts, policies, and other legal documents
• Monitors business activities for compliance and prepares reports regarding such activities
• Leads special projects in collaboration with other functions
• Maintains Legal and Compliance documents

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Outstanding ability to keep function organized and manage function processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Contract Management
• Familiarity with Compliance Laws as it pertains to Medical Devices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Bilingual in English & Korean required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law; JD/LLM degree preferred & paralegal certification a plus
• Experience as a paralegal or a corporate legal team member preferred
