Legal and Compliance Specialist (Bilingual in English & Korean)
Job description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manages Legal and Compliance processes and systems to ensure compliance with Company policies
- Drafts and reviews contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Monitors business activities for compliance and prepares reports regarding such activities
- Leads special projects in collaboration with other functions
- Maintains Legal and Compliance documents
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Outstanding ability to keep function organized and manage function processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Contract Management
- Familiarity with Compliance Laws as it pertains to Medical Devices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Bilingual in English & Korean required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law; JD/LLM degree preferred & paralegal certification a plus
- Experience as a paralegal or a corporate legal team member preferred
