Trujillo Gonzalez PC is a fast growing Law Firm in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a Full-Time Legal Receptionist with the ability to manage continuous incoming calls and other daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Welcome Clients and Visitors; Meet their Needs and Assist with Hospitality

eAnswer Phones and Provide a One Stop Resolution in a Professional Manner

Manage the Physical and Electronic Mail

Direct Deliveries to their Intended Recipients

Upload New Cases to our Case Management System

Check for Liens and Send Letter of Representation

Create Weekly Calendar

Assist with Client Drop Letters

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED REQUIRED

Experience with Casepeer Management Software is a PLUS

Experience using Microsoft Office and Office Equipment in General

Prior Legal Experience is a PLUS but not a Requirement

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to Work in Team Environment, as well as, Independently

Job Status - Full time, 40 hrs a week, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Rate of Pay - Depends on experience (*Hourly plus Quarterly Bonus)

Languages - Bilingual; English and Spanish REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Suite 260 Dallas, TX 75247: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
