Seeking a high-level Legal Support Manager

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about working for a Personal Injury law firm
• An experienced administrator, manager, and leader
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Able to motivate and encourage employees, while maintaining accountability and accomplishing objectives

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all non-attorney staff
• Be a point person, who the office staff trusts and seeks out for all things
• Office Management
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Supervise all non-legal staff, including paralegals and interns
• Generate weekly and monthly case metrics to leadership
• Facilitate weekly and monthly case meetings
• Liaison with IT, professional service, and other vendors for the smooth operation of the firm

Education & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field required

● 5+ years experience in a senior management position

● Significant experience in a general administrative role in a professional services firm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
