Job Title: Loan Department

Location: Coffeyville, KS

• Promote and cross-sell other products and services as appropriate to client requirements
• Conduct networking activities such as community events, attending local Chambers of

Commerce meetings, developing relationships with centers of influence and entertaining clients/prospects to enhance relationships and create new sales.

• Open new accounts (including loan and/or deposit), update customer files, or close accounts.
• Make credit decisions to approve or deny consumer chattel, consumer real estate,
• Manage all aspects of the assigned loan portfolio to meet or exceed the established ratio.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
• Meet accuracy and correctness of work standards according to established policies and procedures.
• Contribute to banks growth and profitability goals.
• Prepare and compile client information to open new accounts
• Gather and analyze financial data to assist in determining the credit worthiness of potential clients for risk and underwriting purposes
• Prepare loan memos and documents to submit for loan approval
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft products, general computer skills, and basic math skills.
• Customer service orientation with effective problem-solving abilities and the ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and internal team members
• Outstanding listening and communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow directions and apply proper policy and procedures or guidelines
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred related experience; ex: sales, customer service, bank or other financial service provider; or college hours

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
