Bytewing is a small IT provider serving the Dayton and Cincinnati areas, focusing on dental offices. We work to support and integrate new and existing software and equipment to keep the offices running smoothly and securely.

We are seeking a candidate who will work out of our South Dayton office, with minimal travel and no required on-call times. Daily tasks will include supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, as well as some dental/medical equipment. The person in this position speaks directly with end users via chat, email, and phone, and works under direct supervision of Level 3 Support Engineers.

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 3 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop administration
• Windows 10/11 experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent communication skills with end users

The following are highly preferred:

• Basic Windows Server experience
• Intermediate TCP/IP networking skills
• A+/Net+ certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
