Outpatient Clinician- Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and strong Licensed Outpatient Clinician at our center located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Our Counselors are responsible for assessing needs, documenting problems, and establishing treatment recommendations. Provides direct addiction/ behavioral health treatment services to adult and adolescent clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Completing assessments, treatment planning, progress notes and other necessary paperwork associated with managing a client caseload.
• Providing individual and group counseling using Evidence Based Practices.
• Assisting clients with defining and achieving realistic goals.
• Providing crisis intervention planning and support.
• Ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.
• Collaboration between Medical and Treatment Services.

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Master's Degree.
• Must be registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB) - (LCAS OR LCASa).
• Experience treating opiate-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

• Winston-Salem, NC 27101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
