We are a premiere medical spa and surgical center in the South Jersey Area. We are looking for a star Master Aesthetician to join our dynamic team ! We deliver quality medical aesthetic services to our patients. We specialize in ALL things aesthetic & our leaders in the field. The perfect candidate must be a professional, friendly, and an enthusiastic aesthetician interested in an opportunity to build a stable, long standing clientele and interested in growing personally and professionally. Your days will have scheduled appointments, and you will also engage our clinical patients in the sale of products/aesthetic services & assist the physician in procedures . Applicants should have a professional appearance, positive attitude and be a self-starter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform Facials, Laser hair removal, VelaShape III, EmSculpt, Exilis. microneedling, Aqua Gold, Hydrafacial MD, chemical peels, ThermiVa, Vanquish, Dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion procedures.
* Maintain minimum retail sales, pre-booking and retention standards
* Be driven and motivated to build a clientele.
* Be able to successfully market yourself
* Deliver aesthetic services to clients in a professional, confident, caring way.
*Demonstrate professional, aesthetic technical expertise in delivery of all services.
* Keep up-to-date on aesthetics industry; recommend new treatments, procedures and products.
* Prepare treatment rooms prior to client procedures.
* Perform closing duties including cleaning treatment rooms, stocking supplies, etc.
* Help build repeat business by re-booking clients prior to their exit.
* Attend and participate in monthly team meetings
* Develop and maintain positive rapport with all staff
* Ensure client record keeping is current and accurate
* Report client complaints, concerns, or equipment problems to Clinic Manager
*Participate in sales and marketing activities (i.e. seminars, party nights, etc)
* Maintain appropriate licensures, certificates, etc.
* Assist with laundry
* Perform other related duties as requested

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
