Petrohilos and Associates Counseling, LLC is an established and continously growing group practice in the Western suburbs that provides couples and family therapy as well as individual therapy for adults, children, adolescents, and women. We offer a supportive, safe, and collaborative work environment where counselors can grow their caseload at their own pace. We currently have immediate openings for licensed mental health counselors who want to join a thriving and busy private practice.

• Grow your caseload: Consistent and regular referrals means counselors can grow their caseloads quickly and can grow to a full caseload (18 to 20 clients) in 3-5 months if desired. Counselors determine how slow or how fast they want to grow.
• Flexible schedule: Part-time or full-time caseloads available to meet the needs of all counselors who can also decide days and times of the week to see clients. It is required that counselors are available a minimum 8 hours per week to see clients.
• Marketing: All marketing and marketing materials are provided by the practice so counselors grow their caseload without having to worry about referrals.
• Continuing education: Reimbursement is provided for all counselors who register and complete CEUs related to mental health.
• Billing and all intake coordination: Our practice has a designated biller who completes all billing and billing-related matters so counselors are free to just see their clients and do not have to worry about collecting payments, submitting claims to insurance, and submitting daily or weekly client logs.
• Documentation: We utilize a user-friendly and HIPAA compliant Electronic Medical Records system that makes completing progress notes efficient, and integrates a calendar and telehealth platform.
• Collaborative, supportive, and friendly team environment with opportunity to grown and learn.
• Monthly team meetings and quarterly get togethers.
• Newly renovated and dedicated office suite with kitchen area and large waiting room.
• Quarterly self-care gifts/experiences for all counselors.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications who can provide the following services:

• Counselors who are licensed in Illinois with an LPC, LCPC, or LCSW active and unrestricted license.
• Counselors with a minimum 2+ years of work experience in the counseling/mental health field, ideally counselors who have experience providing direct counseling services to clients.
• Counselors who have experience counseling children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals.
• Counselors who can see clients in person as well as online, but primarily in person.
• The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, possess good communication and organizational skills, and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Must commit a minimum of 8 hours per week to see clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $96.00 per hour
