Shifts Available:
- OFFERING 12 HOUR SHIFTS, FULL TIME,
- 7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
- Performs various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain their highest practical level of functioning.
- Assess residents and analyze information to develop appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Maintain accountability for controlled substances.
Certificates, and Licenses:
- Current active license to practice in Kentucky as an LPN. (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Current CPR certification.
