Hello !

My name is Naomi, and I’m working with a Retirement Community in Bellingham, WA. We are looking to bring on an LPN full-time to provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to residents.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising resident services.
• Interviews hire, evaluate, and disciplines resident services staff.
• Establishes time schedules for resident services staff on specific shifts.
• Assigns responsibilities to resident services staff for the specific residents, based on the qualifications of the staff and needs of the residents.
• Ability to direct, delegate and follow up on programs and service/care of the residents.
• Ensures each resident receives services as prescribed or requested in accordance with federal and state regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Assures prompt, appropriate action in cases of injury, illness, fire, or other emergencies.

Compensation:

$30-$35/hr

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed LPN in Washington state.
• Ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules and regulations governing facilities.
• Demonstrate integrity, imagination, and initiative, showing appropriate manner and conduct.
• Ability to relate well to persons of varying backgrounds, abilities, and expectations.
• Ability to use and demonstrate the use of all resident services equipment.
• Acceptable references.
