The Life.Church Data Analyst is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining quality data visualizations and reports while also visualizing data analytics and trends for the Life.Church Online Team.

What You'll Do
- Collect, connect, and organize data so that key metrics and data‐driven insight can be communicated to Life.Church Online leadership to help the team make informed decisions on initiatives at a global scale.
- Perform descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics for organizational data.
- Collect data from various sources and ensure data quality.
- Connect data sources to Life.Church’s primary data warehouse as possible.
- Compile collected data from various sources into an organizational database.
- Visualize data using Tableau, Amplitude, and possibly other data tools.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and other applicable visualizations or reporting tools.
- Develop back-end data processes to support data visualizations.
- Lead strong with data, helping uncover key insights, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validating opportunities and success.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insight to all Life.Church Online ministry teams.
- Provide technical solutions to the visions and goals for the team.
- Communicate and translate data‐driven insight to Life.Church Online leadership.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain relationships and partnerships.
- Maintain a systematic and organized approach to completing assignments accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
- Clearly explain complicated and detailed processes concisely and timely.
- Ability to self‐motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently.
- Strong understanding of God’s Word, biblical truths, and a demonstrated passion for leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- SQL experience.
- Tableau and/or Amplitude experience preferred.
