Line Cook Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Follows Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and refrigeration units at the end of the shift.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Possesses a desire to learn and grow.
