This Line Cook position is for our future location in Greenville on Pelham Rd.

Some job duties you will be responsible for are, but not limited to:

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts and appetizers.
• Plating prepared foods based on the kitchen manager's guidance
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation and cleaning procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of kitchen experience and a love and passion for food.
