We are an established new American restaurant in the heart of San Clemente, currently looking for Line cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, self driven, and preform well under pressure. Team work, a strong sense of reliability, and responsibility will be your key to success. previous experience as a line cook is preferred. Being bilingual is a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:

• Follow the direction and procedures of the executive chef for all food plating and food preparation
• Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers

Skills

• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed with a strong ability to multitask and communicate
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
