Job description

We are looking for one or two individuals with a professional attitude to prepare meals to our Chef's specifications. Successful candidates will contribute to overall guest satisfaction, a harmonious work environment and ultimately an increases in their own wages. Rez also pays a quarterly bonus to kitchen staff. Full and Part Time positions are available. Both day and night shifts are needed. We are open for lunch Wednesday thru Saturday, Sunday Brunch and evenings 7days a week until midnight (kitchen closes at 11pm).

Responsibilities:

* Some minimal prep work (we have a full time prep cook)

* Occasionally stocking and inventory of product

* Prepare menu items in conjunction with other staff

* Strive for the highest food quality in a timely fashion

* Comply with all nutritional and sanitation standards

* Properly store product and clean kitchen at close of every evening.

* Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-works and guests

SERVE SAFE certification is helpful and will advance salary. Employees without certification will be encouraged to become so and advance their salaries.
