Time and Attendance
- Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
- Arrive on-time and ready for your shifts as per the Theo’s Employee Manual.
- Ensure constant, proper communication with all staff and members of management during service.
- Exhibit an understanding/awareness of the pace and speed of service at all times.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health standards
Menu Knowledge and Continued Education
- Stay up to date on changes to Happy Hour and Dinner
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
