Two Rivers Country Club is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a flexible schedule and great attitude to join our friendly team of culinary professionals as a full-time Line Cook.

Duties include:

• Prepares food cooked to order, according to approved standardized recipes.
• Plates food for service, according to established plating/presentation criteria.
• Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and that it is served to the guest in a timely manner

Requirements:

• One year of cooking experience in upscale, high volume hotel, freestanding restaurant or country club preferred.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule for Tuesday through Sunday afternoon and evening shifts including weekends and holidays

This is a full-time position with excellent pay and benefits to include medical, dental, life, disability, 401k with 4% match as well as vacation, sick and holiday pay.
