Voodoo Brewing Co. Colorado Springs Pub in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for Line Cooks to join our team. We are located on 808 Garden Of The Gods Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver dishes that are timely and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook proteins, vegetables, and other menu items in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed
• Keep the kitchen and work area clean and always organized
• Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared safely and hygienically
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food
• Follow all kitchen and restaurant procedures, policies, and standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certificate preferred
• Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.50/hour.
