We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional kitchen setting and be able to work quickly and efficiently while following all safety and sanitation guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. A passion for cooking and a commitment to quality are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
