Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: New Windsor, NY
Pay: Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 BOE plus 20% Origination Fees for New Clients
Benefits: include PTO, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Supplemental Benefits, Dental, 401K and Safe Harbor Retirement Pay.

Our established mid-sized Hudson Valley Law Firm is currently hiring for Litigation Attorney. Our client is dedicated to finding individuals who are able to provide the highest level of legal service to clients and who share our commitment to the ethics and hard-work that are the hallmark of a true legal professional.

This position is on-site in a professional and pleasant work environment dedicated to creating a successful work / life balance. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 4 years experience handling:

• Depositions
• Motions
• Court Appearances
• Trial Experience a plus
• Excellent writing & communication skills required
