Trustpoint.one has partnered with a government entity in their search for a Litigation Paralegal for a long term (up to two years!!) temp project in New York City. This onsite position (midtown location) offers an interesting and unique opportunity to support Administrative Law Judges with their hearings schedules. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a broad array of duties that will include:
· Managing calendar for Administrative Law Judges
· Sending notices to various parties
· Performing document review
· Scheduling depositions
· Additional duties as needed
The Litigation Paralegal should have 1+ years of hands on experience; trial prep is a plus. Experience with calendaring is a must. Strong organizational skills and a willingness to take initiative will go far in this role! Must be willing to work in Midtown NYC offices.
