Adrian Fields and Associates is a private practice with locations in Sayville, Commack and Riverhead. Our practice focus is the treatment of anxiety disorders, truama, and phase of life difficulties with a holistic approach. We are currently seeking an LMHC to join our group practice on a full-time basis. MHC's with limited permit may be considered with the proper qualifications. This position can be fee-for-service or salary with benefits. We require our full time staff to maintain a caseload of 35 clients. Day, evening, and weekend hours available, partial in-office work is required.

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience and/or desire to work with teens, adults and/or couples

· Current State of New York license as an LMHC or limited permit holder (or eligible)

· Ability to work both in-office shift and virtual shifts

· Experience treating anxiety disorders and PTSD a plus

· Comfortable with a laid-back atmosphere and able to self-manage your own schedule and caseload, once assigned

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
