Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in scenic Bennington, VT, is actively seeking LNA’s for our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for reliable LNA’s to provide quality care to our residents. The ideal candidates will be qualified, compassionate, delivering services in a patient and calm manner in a dynamic environment.

DUTIES:

• Assist residents with daily hygiene
• Change bed linens
• Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs
• Answer calls for assistance promptly
• Monitor residents closely and report any concerns or changes in condition to the nurse
• Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation
• Communicate with patients’ and residents’ family or friends as required
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current VT L N A certification required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
• Competent in EMR entry – experience with Point Click Care a plus
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a charming, well-maintained, 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT. Crescent Manor houses a specialty Dementia Unit and a specialty Huntington’s Disease unit. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life and care for all our residents, in a warm, nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will receive a $3500 sign on bonus along with a very generous compensation, benefits and PTO package.
