Overview:
This position is responsible for handling all post-closing servicing activity related to direct loans in the Core/Middle Market/Corporate loan portfolio. The Loan Servicer works closely with the lines of business and clients to ensure all client requests are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Loan Agreement and in accordance with Bank Policy. This position is responsible for timely processing of all servicing requests to include advance, payment, and maintenance inquiries. This role requires ownership of several Bank controls, including client authority validation and wire call backs. This position requires direct contact with bank clients.
Responsibilities:- Monitor incoming work and process in a timely manner according to published Service Level Agreements
- Process all payment activity to include incoming wires, checks, and debits to client accounts
- Validate all controls related to payment and advance activity to include borrower authentication, verification of advance authority, and compliance with all requirements in the legal loan documents
- Process incoming advance requests in compliance with bank policy and in compliance with the loan agreement
- Provide loan payoff statements accurately and in accordance with service level agreements
- Perform loan research as requested by borrower to ensure proper resolution to any client request
- Respond to requests from internal business partners in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Required – Commercial loan experience in any capacity – loan assistant, closing, servicing, QC, audit
- Preferred - ACBS system knowledge preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times – both written and verbal
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work in a high volume environment
- Detail oriented; analytical skills for problem identification and resolution
- Deadline driven work environment – must be able to manage time-related deadlines
