Information about the Role:
- Identify and resolve application and service issues and any other questions that may arise.
- Answer general application questions.
- Provides appropriate personnel a precise understanding of user's issues when the problem needs to be escalated to a higher level.
- Use available support tools to assist the user and/or recreate the issue.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
- May manage hardware capacity and performance and assess hardware needs.
- Train user on use and feature functionality of the application.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any application issues.
- Field all user inquiries relating to hardware, network and software operations and problems.
- Complete necessary paperwork and appropriate tracking-related activities to notify proper personnel of continuous problems.

Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- One year previous technical experience in a financial institution environment and one year previous information systems experience or training.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Xperience and XML product knowledge.
- Windows Server Knowledge (including Group Policy & Windows OS)
