The Loan Sales & Transfers Analyst is responsible for the daily transfer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and/or Private Investor loans/pools in accordance with investor purchase advice statement.

Duties:
- Completes daily reconciliation of loans/pools purchased and processes pool set ups and loan transfers. Researches and documents any differences and works with internal teams to ensure servicing system data is accurate.
- Identifying and funding any cash differences to ensure the investor custodial accounts are properly funded and remain in compliance.
- Process Investor loan repurchases, including calculating repurchase figures, properly funding bank accounts, and processing repurchase within the servicing system.
- Review and validate controls in place before month-end cutoff activities in accordance with applicable Investor/remittance type (Actual/Actual, Scheduled/Actual, Scheduled/Scheduled)
- Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Company and Investor Guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with internal partners including Servicing, Accounting, Compliance, and IT to ensure processes align with investor guidelines, activity is reported accurately, and continually identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
- Essential the candidate is comfortable with working with large amount of data efficiently.
Experience and Skills:
- 1 - 2+ years of experience in Investor Reporting/Accounting mortgage servicing environment including GNMA, FHLMC, FNMA, and Private investors.
- Knowledge and understanding of MSP required.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage accounting, investor reporting, and/or cash management procedures in the mortgage lending and servicing field.
- Team player with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines
- Knowledge of Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac servicing guidelines
- Ability to handle large amounts of data with efficiency and ease. SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and investors.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills; uses time effectively; consistently meets deadlines.
- Documents regularly, thoroughly, accurately, and completely.
- Exercises good and consistently fair judgment, courtesy, and tact in dealing with internal teams and public in giving and obtaining information.
- High level of computer literacy and the ability to adapt to a variety of technologies.
- Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Education
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
