Mega Capital Funding, Inc., is a well-established Residential Wholesale and Correspondent Mortgage Banker currently experiencing growth. Our model is to be a consistently competitive lender in way of products and price, while offering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Servicing Team as a Loan Servicing Coordinator. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with borrowers, have problem-solving skills and be detail oriented.
Responsibilities for Loan Servicing Coordinator
- Assess the service needs of borrowers and connect them with the correct provider.
- Maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
- Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Maintain good relationships with borrowers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer calls from borrowers and respond to email inquiries.
- Print and mail out goodbye/transfer letters daily to borrowers notifying them of the sale/transfer of their loan.
- Print and mail out transfer letters daily to insurance companies and agents notifying them of the sale/transfer of loan in order to change the loss payee information.
- Print and mail out monthly mortgage statements to borrowers.
- Post payments received by mail in Lending QB and FICS software.
- Prepare deposits for payments received by mail and forward them to the accounting department.
Qualifications for Service Coordinator
- 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High quality organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lending QB and/or FICS Mortgage software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
