Do you want to work helping to build some of the most admired and trusted brands in the world such as Gillette, Pampers and Ariel? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our P&G Chemicals team, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne UK. P&G Chemicals is an exciting and expanding business within P&G with over a $1bn turnover, responsible for shipping raw material to external customers and P&G plants around the world.

In this role you will own and run some key process that are integral to the E2E supply chain in Europe. This will include owning key relationships with internal and external contacts such as: customers, suppliers, transport providers, Sales, Finance and cross functional Product Supply teams located globally. The Analyst will be required to build a level of knowledge and understanding of daily processes/tasks, using own judgement to complete core processes, in addition to leading, driving and delivering simplification opportunities across the total P&G Chemicals team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with and leading internal and external parties to enable execution of processes

  • Identify and execute system developments for E2E simplification and standardization

  • Import/Export P&G Chemicals Lead to manage queries where appropriate and facilitate issue resolution by engaging appropriate process experts

  • Creating & delivering controlled and compliant processes in line with internal and external regulatory requirements

  • Data gathering, Issue resolution and problem solving to understand required changes, incident management and testing of any new requirements in collaboration with key contacts/partners

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Ability to set and deliver against multiple priorities and demonstrate rigour in process management.

  • Experience of analysing complex sets of data, identifying issues and resolving problems autonomously.

  • Collaborative approach to work across functions and levels.

  • Ability to simplify critical tasks and processes across total P&G Chemicals Team.

  • Experience of developing / working with Macros.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Knime, Power BI, SAP Scripting is advantageous but not essential.

  • Degree / Higher level education qualification in : Supply Chain, Logistics, IT
