The Seals and Bearings business of Morgan Advanced Materials makes high-performance self-lubricating bearing and seal components, predominantly used in pumps, industrial and domestic, or other sealing applications.

• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures to direct all outbound shipments.
• Responsible for arranging logistics selections with nominated carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Creation and issuance of all relevant documentation, to include but not limited to Packing List, Bill of Ladings, Commercial Invoices, Export Declarations, and other documentation as required.
• Input logistic information into customer portals and create Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).
• Coordinate and communicate relevant logistics delays or missed shipments with Morgan Customer Service Representative (CSR), and Site Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associate Degree in Logistics or 3-5 years' equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics portals (Microsoft D-365).
• Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, relational databases.
• Familiarity with logistics practices and INCO Terms.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be able to clearly present ideas and reports in written and verbal format.
• Must be able to work well with subordinates, peers, and superiors in all departments of the Company.
• Must be able to work well with external contacts of the Company.
• Must have good time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Must adhere to all Company policies.
• Must be capable of sitting and using a computer for the majority of an 8-hour workday.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must be capable of traveling within the US, if necessary.
