Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required to apply. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Information:

1 year of LTC and Med/Surg experience is required

All time off and special requests are required to be worked out with each manager directly upon arrival and will not be pre-approved

Must be willing to obtain Individual Professional Liability coverage for the duration of the assignment. The facility will only accept individual malpractice insurance for their travelers.

BLS must be AHA.

Clinician need to be able to start assignments w/in 30 days of receiving offer.

Program does not offer any Guaranteed Hours for their positions.

New York City Health and Hospital facilities do not allow Overtime. In the rare instances when Overtime is needed, it must have prior approval from manager in writing.

Must have NYS Nursing License Registration AND NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma. These are required documents and you will not be able to start your assignment without them. If you do not have them in hand, you will need to order them from the Department of Education. The turnaround time with the Department of Education is two weeks.
