This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

Officer will be responsible to maintain security of the facility by enforcing access control, observing operations, reporting and when necessary, correcting violations of applicable rules and regulations. It is essential that the officer supports and integrates Tory Burch core values of flexibility, improvement, reliability, safety and teamwork into daily performance and any assigned responsibilities.

Shift: 7:30am-8:00PM Monday-Wednesday (36hrs a week with 30min lunch break and two 15min breaks)

A Day in the Life:

• Maintain safe and secure environment for employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Document security activity with daily activity report and complete incident report as required.
• Control personnel access in accordance with established procedures.
• Promote our Buddy Values and encourage an open and positive work environment between operational team members and cross functional partners
• Respond to emergency situations in accordance with company procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed (Closed-Circuit Television Systems, Radios, Computer system. etc.)
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.

To Land This Role:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 3 years verifiable experience
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships while interacting effectively with all levels of management
• Solid computer skills
• Employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal state and local laws
• Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
• Able to maintain and promote culture standards amongst direct reports and in conducting internal and external business activities
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• 3 years in security, customer service or related field.
• Flexible to meet our ever-changing environment.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Walk 8 mile or more a day
