Job description
Responsible for performing nursing techniques according to Physicians orders. They model appropriate behavior as exemplified in the HCMC Operating Mission Statement which reflects commitment to the continuous improvement process. Responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of the medical provider. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient outcomes.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
LPN graduate of an approved School of Nursing or an approved vocational school. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two to three years nursing experience. Community/Clinic or medical/ surgical experience is preferred.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATION:
Licensed as a LPN by the State of Tennessee. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
