Job description
_Position - LPN.
Job Location - 1016 Lakeshore Drive, Rice Lake, WI 54868.
Shift Time - 5x8 hours shift Day, Night and Evening all shifts are Available.
Contract - 13 weeks full time contract with possible extension._
Requirements-
- LPN State License.
- BLS Certification.
- Covid Card.
- LPN needed for the 6a-2:30p shift, 40hr.
- Nurse needs to be able to hit the ground running and needs 1-2 years of LTC/Skilled Nursing Experience.
Pay - $30/hr to $35/hr on W2.
